Payment

We accept payment with Bank Transfer,Western Union,50% in advance as deposit and balance 50% before shipment acceptable.

Order Process

We want to make sure you know what is happening with your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your deposit for a confirmed order and tell you when we will get the order ready for delivery.As soon as we receive the balance payment we will send out the order and advise courier tracking No.etc.,so that you can look out on it during transportation.Order leading time usually 7 to 20 days,depend on the situation of it.

Shipping

We normally adopt UPS,DHL, ocean shipping and air-express to transport products. It generally takes 4-6 days for UPS and DHL for delivery. They helf to do custom clearance and send goods to your door. For large amount and heavy products we adopt ocean shipping. The delivery time is about 10-30 working days. The time varies in different regions.Air-express is usually appointed by the customer and the time is normally 9 days.Air-express only send goods to the airport near the destination,you need to ask your agent to make custom clearance and pick up goods by yourself. And cost does not have too much difference to UPS or DHL according our experience.

If you would like to update your shipping method like postage,let us know and we'll figure out the cost and send you a new invoice before shipment.
